All pups have the temperaments they were born with – confident, fearful, curious, assertive, or exploratory. But some are potentially more problematic. By and large, the personalities with the most issues are the extremes – very fearful, very suspicious, or way too assertive. What do you do with these pups? Understanding their unique needs is an excellent first step, possibly avoiding or maneuvering around traditional puppy training and socialization and forming a program just for this one puppy.
