| Course Information: Starting with the premise that play is underutilized in influencing behavior, this webinar discusses a variety of ways that play can be used to improve the behavior of aggressive dogs. Play isn’t one solution to one problem—it’s a lot of different solutions to a lot of different problems. This webinar covers multiple ways that play can be an incorporated into plans to treat aggression in dogs, whether as the main procedure or an auxiliary part of the process.With case studies and videos, we will cover why play is so powerful at treating canine aggression, the advantages of using play when working with aggressive dogs, how it helps clients get on board with a program, and the many reasons it’s so effective. These include its ability to change a dog’s emotional state, people’s willingness to stick to a program based on play, and the many skills dogs who play already have that can be used in plans to change their aggressive behavior. |
